Q: What is the difference between synthetic & natural beads?
A: Our synthetic beads are man made by chemical process and natural beads are produced by a manufacturing or refining process, but derived from a natural source.

Q: What are the advantages of synthetics compare to naturals?
A:
Synthetics are produced from controlled processes making them reproducible and consistent in quality, available in many grades and types and are stable in any base. Naturals availability are controlled by influences of their supply such as weather, the selection of size and type is very limited, pricing is high and volatile and may generate microbes in the base.

Q: How are the beads packaged?
A: Our standard packaging is 70kg drums. However, we will provide special smaller packaging if necessary for a slight repackage charge.

Q: What geographic regions are Accuscrubs™ available?
A: Our Accuscrubs™ are available internationally. We service all NAFTA regions directly and all remaining areas are serviced through Honeywell Corp.

A: We always welcome and encourage you to take advantage of our technical service assistance with any questions, information, sample requests or product selection assistance for your R&D project.

Q: Do you make the final product or just the exfoliant?
A: We do not make any final products or formulations. We just make the products that help make your product better.

A: We can provide blended packages with multicolored beads and/or various sizes and polymer type combinations.

A: We do custom coloring and use Pantone color chips as color matching references and targets. However, due to the limited colorants approved for the personal care industry exact matches are not always possible.

Q: Can you make different shapes?
A: Our beads are irregular in shape and differ from polymer types. We do not offer custom or specialty shapes.
